Support Connected Development (CODE) with activity planning and reporting.
Review CODE’s draft training materials and assist the grantee to improve quality of content and training methodology, liaising with relevant technical specialists and advisors as required.
Visit a sample of CODE’s activities, coach the CODE staff during and after the activities, verify documentation such as attendance registers and interact with beneficiaries to gauge their satisfaction with the content and quality of the event.
Work with the LEARN state team to ensure that there is sufficient coordination between CODE and government offices such as the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB)’s Social Mobilization Department (SMD) departments.
Be familiar with CODE’s contracts, particularly the deliverables, to ensure compliance with the Grants Agreement.
Monitor the outcomes of training events (what changes as a result of the event) and maintain ongoing conversation with CODE about how to help the beneficiaries reach the outcomes.
Ensure that all reports are submitted as and when due along with relevant Means of Verifications (MoVs) of each milestone.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
