  • We are looking for a passionate and driven Remote Customer / Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, building relationships, and driving sales through our social media channels and phone calls.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Convert inquiries into sales through excellent communication and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Process and compile daily sales orders.
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings (Fridays) and monthly in-person meetings (last Friday of each month).
