Job Summary

Contract Type:

·       Growing and developing the in - housemarketing team.


·       Develop and execute strategicbusiness development, marketing, customer acquisition and sales plans to expand

our market share, customer base, sales targets and brand visibility influence.

·       Build, train and motivate businessdevelopment, marketing and sales teams to consistently meet and exceed targets.


·       Maintain sales staff by recruiting,selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counselling and

disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

·       Set individual sales targets withsales team


·       Track, collate and interpret salesfigures and reporting


·       Ensure members of the sales team havethe necessary resources to perform properly


·       Plan and direct sales team training

·       Control expenses and monitor budgets

·       Meet monthly target as an individual andas a team.


·       Delivering positive customer experienceto a distinguished client base


·       Develop and maintain an up-to-datecustomer and sales database


·       Receive and incorporate feedbacksfrom customers to improve personal and business performance.


·       Build sustainable relationships oftrust through open and interactive communication.


·       Identify legal issues arising fromcontract or sales document.


Requirements

·       At least 5 to 7 years of experiencewithin Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 3 years at

managerial level.

·       Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.


·       Experience in strategy developmentwithin Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
