The Business Developer is responsible forhelping

the organizations obtainbetter brand recognition
, develop sales, businessand financial growth strategy. Their duties include coordinating with company executives,sales and marketing professionals, reviewing current market trends andproposing new business ideas to improve revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and research potential clients

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.

  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.

  • Make presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.

    REQUIREMENT

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND (Marketing, Sales, or related field).
    • Proven Experience in Business Development Management.
    • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
    • Must have experience in HR consulting
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Sound organizational skills.
    • The ability to motivate staff and lead a team
    • Problem- solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
    • Familiarity with project management.
