An ideal candidate is a human resource officer with years of
experience in recruitment, employee management, payroll co-ordination etc.

  • Developand implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall businessstrategy

  • Bridgemanagement and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or otherissues

  • Managethe recruitment and selection process

  • Supportcurrent and future business needs through the development, engagement,motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Implementingand revising a company’s compensation program

  • Creatingand revising job descriptions

  • Conductingannual salary surveys

  • Developing,analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget

  • Developing,revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures

  • Maintainingand revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures

  • Performingbenefits administration

  • Overseeingrecruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads

  • Conductingnew employee orientations and employee relations counseling

  • Overseeingexit interviews

  • Maintainingdepartment records and reports

  • Maintainingcompany’s directory and other organizational charts

  • Recommendingnew policies, approaches, and procedures

  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisalsystem that drives high performance

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitortraining programs

  • Report to management and provide decisionsupport through HR metrics

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout humanresource management

  • Requirements
    • Provenworking experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

  • People-orientedand results-driven

  • Demonstrableexperience with Human Resources metrics

  • Knowledgeof HR systems and databases

  • Abilityto architect strategy along with leadership skills

  • Excellentactive listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Competenceto build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels ofthe company

  • In-depthknowledge of labor law and 

    HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • CIPM/CIPD or any equivalent Human Resource professional course
