Implementingand revising a company’s compensation program
Creatingand revising job descriptions
Conductingannual salary surveys
Developing,analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
Developing,revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
Maintainingand revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Performingbenefits administration
Overseeingrecruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads

CIPM/CIPD or any equivalent Human Resource professional course
