HF Group (Formerly Housing Finance Company of Kenya) was incorporated on 18th of November 1965 and is the premier mortgage Finance Institution in Kenya licensed under the Banking Act. Housing Finance Company of Kenya took over the Kenyan branch of the First Permanent Building society, a company registered in Zambia, (then Northern Rhodesia) with operations in Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya.
