The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) was founded in 1952 in Nigeria by Reverend Josiah Olufemi Akindayomi, following a divine revelation. Initially established as a small house fellowship, RCCG has grown into a global church with a strong commitment to spreading the gospel and fostering a fervent relationship with God. Under the leadership of Dr. Enoch Adejare Adeboye, who succeeded Rev. Akindayomi in the early 1980s, RCCG continues to fulfill its mission to reach people worldwide, guided by a covenant of obedience to God's word and promises.
