Job Description
- Development of Web portals and Mobile applications as per First assurance requirements (Pipeline tool for prospect management, broker quotation tool, customer/client web portals and Mobile Apps)
- Undertake user experience (UX) design as per first Assurance requirements to ensure product integration, branding, design, usability, and function.
- Undertake marketing automation and digital marketing of First Assurance products and services.
- Deploy Artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to automate some of the identified manual processes within First Assurance.
- Perform API integrations of all the developed tools with the existing core applications.
