  • We are seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our team.
  • As a Telesales Executive, your purpose is to drive sales and revenue by proactively reaching out to potential customers via telephone.
  • You will play a vital role in promoting our products or services, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our products or services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product, contributing significantly to the growth of the organization’s investment portfolio.
  • Customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
  • Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to address customer inquiries effectively and objections.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.
