Deevabits Green Energy (DGE) is a social enterprise that empowers Village Solar Entrepreneurs (VSEs), mainly youth and women, to establish micro-enterprises distributing solar lamps to the rural customers on a Pay As You Go (PAYGo) basis. We are currently operating across five counties and are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team in our efforts to scale across the country. Our sales team currently has 150 agents, living and working in the rural communities where our customers live; we are looking to expand to 4 new counties and 250+ agents by the end of 2020.
