Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency (LVNWWDA) is one of the eight Water Works Development Agencies established under the Water Act 2016 section 65(1), as part of the reforms in the water sector with the mandate of development of water and sanitation infrastructure projects within their respective areas of jurisdiction on behalf of the national government. The Agency was established on 26th April, 2019 through gazette notice no. 28.
