Olive Joycare opened its doors in 2007 and we offer specialized real estate services in the residential and commercial fields – covering both sales and rentals, with a management division providing landlords with hassle-free management of their properties.
The day-to-day running of the firm is under the Principal who is also the Executive director and whose direct reports are senior managers, each heading a key functional department.
In each department, there is a competent and experienced staff member. There is also a group of subordinate support staff assisting in the day’s work.
The firm regularly holds close senior management consultations and brainstorming with a view to perfecting the management style.
