Client Implementation Specialist – On-site in Kenya

📍 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST

📌 Position: Full-time

Join our team as a Launch and Integration Specialist, a key role in transforming each new sign-up into a sales-ready partner in a matter of hours.


Main Responsibilities:

-System onboarding and activation.

.Delivering digital resources from day one.

-Optimizing sales funnels and social media.

-Integrating into the community and support groups.

-Quality control and metrics reporting.


Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in digital onboarding, customer success, community management, or social media setup.

- Advanced English level (C1)

- Strong organizational and technical skills; ability to manage multiple setups simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Excel is essential.

- Initiative with exceptional time management and personal accountability.

- Highly proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Goal-oriented, competitive, and passionate about helping others succeed.
