Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license
- Minimum of 5 years relevant clinical experience
- Prior 2 years experience in a supervisory or in-charge role is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts at short notice
