Requirements  
  • At least fifteen (15) years’ work experience five (5) years of which should been at a    management level; Bachelors of Laws (LL. B) degree from a recognized institution;
  • Masters degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Post graduate Diploma in Law (Advocates Training Programme) from the Kenya School      of Law;

  • Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya;

  • A valid practicing certificate; Membership to the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPS (K);

  • Certificate in Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;

  • Proficiency in computer applications;

  • Demonstrated professional competence and administrative capability as reflected in     work performance and results; and

  • Fulfilled the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
