The company offers a world class sales and service experience to its customers through its modern 3S facility in the capital city of Kampala. MAC East Africa is the official distributor of Isuzu vehicles including pick-ups, trucks, buses and SUVs in Uganda. In 2019, it also became the exclusive assembler and distributor for Hero Motorcycles from India. In parallel with its market development efforts, the company also gives great importance to community development. It drives a dynamic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program including an award dedicated to the support of the government’s efforts in education digitization, donating three free computers for each school bus purchase or one year of free aftersales service.
