The PlantManager will oversee all dailyoperations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policiesand procedures are followed. The incumbent will develop processes that will maximizestewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities
The PlantManager will oversee all dailyoperations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policiesand procedures are followed. The incumbent will develop processes that will maximizestewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Direct andcoordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant·
Collect andreview data to reduce inefficiencies and waste·
Analyze dataand create reports to present to executives regarding processes·
Developplans that help operations run smoothly·
Oversee alllevels of staff activity and performance·
Developprocesses to increase productivity and enhance performance·
Ensurecompany policies and procedures are followed at all times·
Providetraining and educational materials to staff as necessary·
Monitorequipment and ensure that they are in good working order. Repair or replace plant equipment as needed
