For Junior and Mid level roles, we guarantee a delivery within 4-weeks. For Team Lead and Executive Searches, the timeline will depend on seniority and complexity. During our kickoff meeting we will discuss and align on specific timelines suited to your process.
If you let us know at least 5 days from the launch of the process, then the credit for that role can be used for a similar role of equal value. For senior and exec searches, the final payment is 100% contingent on successful hiring.

We put the hiring process on hold, and we can resume it if it doesn’t extend more than six months.
If you are not satisfied with the shortlist we provide we are more than happy to refine the search based on your feedback. If we can’t find common ground after the third refined shortlist we will credit for a later recruitment.
If the candidate is let go because of poor fit, then we will re-do the search at no additional charge. If the candidate leaves for any other reason, then we will be happy to rerun the role at 50% of the original cost.
Fuzu has a validated library of skills and aptitude tests that cover 80% of standard business roles. For more technical roles, we work with your team to develop an online test or offline case study. Skills validation is an important part of the process for any Fuzu recruitment.
