Conduct a minimum of two field visits per month to assess:
Supervisor and direct report performance
Farmer engagement and expectation alignment
Garden establishment quality and protocol adherence
Compliance with planting, spacing, monitoring, and documentation standards
Process execution and data integrity
Compare high- and low-performing clusters to identify:
Behavioral and supervisory drivers
Farmer compliance and adoption gaps
Garden-level quality differences
Process design or execution weaknesses
Structural or resource constraints
Distinguish between training gaps, incentive misalignment, execution failure, and system design flaws.
Document replicable high-performance practices across staff, farmers, and processes.
Produce a concise Monthly Operational Learning Insight Brief (1–2 pages).
Recommend system-level improvements and support structured performance interventions.
Shift performance governance from reactive reporting to predictive risk management.
Present concise weekly performance risk summaries.
Provide forward-looking 2–4 week delivery risk forecasts.
Highlight potential survival, compliance, contracting, or carbon payment readiness risks before materialization.
Track implementation and measurable impact of agreed performance interventions.
Monitor reduction in performance volatility and recurrence of systemic failures.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Operations, Forestry, Agriculture, or related field.
4–6 years in operational performance analysis, field operations, monitoring, or systems improvement.
Experience working with multi-level field teams.
Strong dashboard interpretation and KPI management experience.
Strong analytical and systems thinking capability
Ability to interpret operational data beyond surface-level reporting
Risk detection and pattern recognition capability
Structured problem diagnosis and root-cause thinking
Clear executive communication (concise, decision-oriented briefs)
High personal discipline and follow-through
