• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, microfinance, entrepreneurship, rural development, business management, business, and vocational education,
• 3 years of work experience in implementing Climate-smart agriculture, village savings and loans groups, savings and credit organizations, microfinance, and vocational skilling.
• Fluency in the language of the intervention area
• Good knowledge of government community development programs.
• Basic monitoring and Evaluation skills.
• Experience in working with refugee and host communities.
• Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills are a must.

• Coordinate Income generation initiatives.
• Develop monthly and activity plans with the Project Manager to support the implementation of the Project.
• Coordinate identification, selection, and verification of members of vulnerable households for community enrollment managed saving groups in collaboration with the relevant refuge settlement authorities, local leaders, and community development officers.
• Coordinate the recruitment of community-Based facilitators/mobilizers/trainers following relevant laws governing informal saving groups and Stromme Foundation’s program manual for community-managed saving groups.
• Coordinate relevant training for the community-based facilitators in collaboration with the Stromme Foundation Income generation and job creation specialists.
• Monitor and supervise the CBFs to deliver the training package to CMSG members.
• Facilitate linkages of CMSG members to formal financial services and other development programs
• Supervise the community-based facilitators.
• Organize community-based facilitators’ monthly review meetings.
• Prepare activity, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Enforce compliance with all safeguarding, safety, and health procedures at all activities of community-managed saving groups, community campaigns, and other project activities.
• Mainstream all Stromme Foundation crosscutting issues (Gender, Disability Inclusion, Climate) in income generation and job creation interventions.
Coordinate green Jobs’ creation.
• Coordinate the market surveys to identify viable green jobs.
• Coordinate the selection and enrollment of youth and bonga graduates into community-based technical and vocational training programs.
• Coordinate the selection of local artisans for training participants in green skills.
• Deliver relevant training and orientation of local artisans following the relevant training materials.
• Supervise local artisans to deliver technical and vocational training in line with industry standards.
• Coordinate the assessment of trainees’ competencies and skill sets in collaboration with the Stromme Foundation’s Income generation and job creation specialist.
• Coordinate internships, apprenticeships, job placements, and other linkages for graduates.
Stakeholders Engagement, Networking and Collaboration
• Mobilize and coordinate appropriate stakeholders’ participation in project
• Represent Stromme Foundation and Kulika Uganda in sector working group meetings in the settlements and other platforms as delegated by the Project manager.
• Work with the Project Manager to foster good working relations and new networks and collaborators in the project area to support project implementation.
• Coordinate community advocacy campaigns for beneficiaries as appropriate.
Documentation, monitoring, and reporting
• Maintain an up-to-date database of CMSG and green skills participants.
• Compile activity and periodic reports in appropriate formats.
• Participate in annual and quarterly review meetings for animators to reflect on the project objective and overall progress and create spaces and opportunities for action-learning.
• Participate in all project data collection processes such as assessments, routine monitoring, and evaluations.
• Participate in Data Quality Assurance activities in collaboration with the Stromme Foundation
• Document participants’ stories of change, and success stories to demonstrate project outcomes and impact.
