  • We are seeking an individual to take up the role of HR Shared Services Partner (Total Rewards) leading the delivery of a proactive and Employee focused HR Services across HF Group. This will include implementing the HF Group Total Reward philosophy and compensation strategy that will ensure the attraction, retention and development of requisite talent; manage and oversee the execution of all aspects of HR Operations including maintenance of employee records and employee wellness programmes from a total rewards perspective. The role holder will be adept in the use of leading practice technology solutions to support delivery of HR Services and be able to effectively leverage analytics in employee data management. The role holder will be the custodian of HR/people related policies and procedures and ensure compliance of the same.

Experience

  • At least 5-7 years' experience in Reward and HR services
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages

  • Provide input into the development/articulation of people strategy and play a critical role in its delivery and implementation.
  • Develop and implement programs, policies, tools and infrastructure to support the Compensation & Benefits and Operations strategy.
  • Manage employee related costs review and approve or modify budgets. Ultimately, ensure all HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment.
  • Review, validate and oversee the payroll processing cycle ensuring compliance to statutory requirements and timely updating of financial accounts.
  • Conduct Employee Benefits and Salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and maintain salary scales.
  • Review the recognition and incentive pay practices and ensure they contribute to the overall People Management agenda.
  • Supervise the delivery of end to end transactional HR shared services activities related with the employment cycle and ensure effective execution and overall administration.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to ensure that all HR operational systems and processes are fit for purpose. HR Management Information Systems and data integrity, payroll and employee documentation.
  • Act as an internal consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Support the change management process across HF Group, in partnership with rest of HR BPs, including organization design initiatives.
  • Ensure an adequate mechanism exists for the collection, processing and analysis of people data in line with applicable legal requirements around records retention, privacy, confidentiality access etc.
  • Promote data governance and stewardship within the HR function in order to improve strategic and operational performance insight.
  • Analyze, maintain, and enhance staffing headcount reporting, turnover reporting, and various other reporting.
