As a Quality Inspector in an LPG Cylinder manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all cylinders meet the required quality standards and specifications before they are released for distribution and use. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough inspections throughout the production process to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards, thereby maintaining the integrity and safety of the products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pressure vessel industry or related field.
- Familiarity with quality control techniques, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
- Certification in non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as UT, RT, MT, or PT preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
