  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and exceed sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and industry professionals to drive business growth and brand loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, materials, and craftsmanship to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to showcase our brand and generate leads.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
