  • We are looking for applicant with B.Sc, HND, or equivalent preferably in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Nutrition, Agriculture, or other relevant disciplines.
  • The candidate should possess at least 1 year of practical work experience in a similar role and should be able to communicate in English, Hausa, and local languages of the respective communities.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate working knowledge and experience of Accountability HAP Guidelines and CHS Principles within a project environment. S/he should possess experience working with marginalized communities and their safeguarding as well as understand key concepts and commitments regarding accountability to affected populations (AAP), including a Strong understanding of HAP, Do No Harm, and other relevant global standards.
Responsibilities

  • The purpose of this role is to be responsible for set up and management of the help desk during targeting and profiling activities across the 4 target LGAs of Sokoto state.
  • Track and record feedback/complaints into the CFM database by ensuring proper documentation and aggregation of CFM data including complaints received, investigated, and responded to as well as providing detailed summaries of complaints issues to feedback to program team during review meetings.
  • The role holder is expected to have a basic knowledge of the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP) guidelines, Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) principles, and other relevant accountability guidelines.
