The company mainly deals with property management, Sale of Land, Estate development and consultancy specifically for property improvement. In addition, it has partnered up with other institutions that provide loans to its clients in form of property improvement. The company’s main clients are from the communities around who have benefitted from the consultancy services and have seen the need for improvement. These clients have been given loan facilities and in return, the improved properties are managed by Almond Estate which submits loan repayment deductions and the balance to the property owner after deduction of commissions. There many competitors in the industry but Almond has a competitive edge as most of them are just individuals whom the property owners won’t want to risk with.
