  • Identify business opportunities by researching, identifying, & recommending new       business opportunities/leads, developing relationships, and recommending solutions.

  •  Research and analyze sales options.

  •  Meet with potential leads to determine their needs.

  • Devising and presenting ideas and sales strategies.

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all customers.

  • Build and maintain professional networks.

  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new services/packages.

  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.

  • Ensure customer documentation and License Agreements are completed and renewed on time.

  • Updating databases and using CRM system.

  • Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Attend and provide support in the organization and implementation of all in-house events.

  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing the organization’s standards and culture.
