Development Exchange Centre (DEC) is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) that is non-partisan and not-for-profit was established in 1987 as a forum to exchange development ideas and was registered in 1997 as a Trustee Incorporated Organization (IT/Cert: 10826) with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The Board of Trustees (BoT) is the custodian of the organization, while the Board of Directors (BoD) is responsible for policy direction. For day-to-day management, the Executive Director (ED) leads the Management team. The organization has an overarching mandate of providing socio-economic development services to women groups, communities and NGOs.
