Browns East Africa Plantations PLC and Browns Plantations Kenya Limited operate as one under the unified umbrella of Browns Plantations, a legacy tea enterprise operating in Kenya’s prime agricultural regions of Kericho, Bomet, and Limuru. With a shared heritage dating back to 1925, we are one of the largest producers and exporters of premium Kenyan tea and sustainable timber products. Collectively, we manage over 15% of Kenya’s total tea production, operate 12 FSSC22000-certified tea factories and steward over 20 Rainforest Alliance certified tea estates, including indigenous forest and commercial forestry zones.
