About
Women Employment for the Green Transformation in Africa (WE4D) is a GIZ-led programme that supports women and young people in Kenya to access jobs and economic opportunities in green and greening sectors. Through a digital job-matching platform powered by Fuzu, targeted training, and close collaboration with employers, WE4D connects job-ready women to sustainable employment while supporting companies to adopt gender-responsive and environmentally sustainable practices. The programme contributes to inclusive growth by strengthening skills, improving job matching, and promoting women’s participation in Kenya’s green economy.
