Minimum Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Project Management from a recognized Institution.
- Minimum two (2) years relevant experience in a busy reputable maintenance/technical department preferably in a Hospital setting.
- Proven technical knowledge and experience in maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize and perform maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Working knowledge of recordkeeping and preparing maintenance schedules.
- Experience in taking inventory of maintenance materials and replacement parts.
- Proficiency in working with budgets and advising on maintenance and repair costs.
- Exposure in work order system will be an added advantage
- Must be a mature practicing Christian.
