Salary: 80,000KES

Schedule: It is not yet defined, availability is required to add it, 5 working days 2 days off.


Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented On‑Call Scheduler with at least one year of experience in the home care industry.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of services for the organization by coordinating care coverage and maintaining clear communication with both caregivers and patients.

The On‑Call Scheduler will interact regularly with caregivers and patients, primarily in the state of New York, to manage last-minute scheduling needs, call-outs, and unresolved cases from the week.



Skills:


-English C1

-Minimum of 1 year of experience in the home care industry (required)




Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

-Handle call-outs and urgent scheduling needs during weekends and on an on-call basis.
-Manage and resolve pending cases that may have remained open since the week.
-Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure service coverage and compliance.
-Interact with patients and families to confirm schedules and address concerns.
-Coordinate replacements and modifications to schedules as needed. Ensure continuity and quality of care in alignment with Company service standards.
-Accurately document schedule changes and communications in internal systems.
