Lafiya is a global health non-profit that strengthens the social and healthcare infrastructure of rural communities in sub-Saharan Africa by meeting women's unmet need for contraception. Through a deeply community-based distribution network (our Lafiya Sisters), we reach women at the last-mile in areas underserved by the healthcare system. To date, we have provided more than 350,000 women with life-saving contraception in the most rural and underserved parts of Nigeria
