Job Objective

The primary objective of your role as a Digital Director role is to enable our team to meet or exceed

digital revenue goals through a solution-based selling approach. Responsible for the development,
implementation, and optimization of digital products and Agency services. Works in partnership with theleadership team to identify clients’ marketing needs and integrate them into a sales solution.Directs the launch, training, sales and analysis specific to current and future digital campaigns, anddevelops & manages strategies for the activities and processes of our company’s digital ecosystemincluding websites, social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns. You will be required to drivewebsite traffic, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor and interpret analytic data,and optimize the functionality of our digital infrastructure and ecosystem



Responsibilities

Job Objective

  • Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the
    organization
  • Develop clearly-defined and compelling digital strategy for the company and her

    clients
  • Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the

    strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and
  • execution
  • Work with teams across businesses to generate innovative digital solutions for

    products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and
  • business models
  • Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation

    ecosystem
  • Identify new tools e.g. AI, Martech – that can enhance and improve our

    solutions to our clients

  • Work with HR to attract and retain top talent, and build digital capabilities
    across the company
  • Set and implement digital strategy for the organization and our clients by

    working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional
  • processes to digital ones
  • Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between

    partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
  • Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure

    the Company and her clients are investing in the right tools and resources for
  • organization and clients.
  • Develop, organize and conduct training sessions on digital skills for the team

  • Prepare and manage digital transformation and digital marketing budgets

  • Anticipate sales performance trends

  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for

    improvement
  • Coordinate, deliver, analytics and discussion of audience metrics, advertising

    metrics and financial reporting to key stakeholders
  • Ensuring the efficiency and optimization of the digital ecosystem through SEO,

    SEM, and SMO. Supervising and managing all digital activities including websites, email
  • marketing, e-commerce, and social media.
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimating monthly costs and

    reconciling discrepancies.
  • Oversee all digital operations including digital processes, customer experiences,

    services & products


  • Job Requirements

    • BSc degree in Statistics or any quantitative, business, technology or engineering
      degree

  • MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing or professional certification with relevant

    body


  • 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Director, Digital Transformation
    Specialist or similar Digital Leadership role
  • At least 7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital

    marketing strategies
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels and technology

    tools like Hubspot, Sprout, SEMRush, CRM software and Agency Partnerships
  • with Facebook, Google, Twitter etc Hands-on experience with platform technologies, Analytics, marketingautomation, inbound marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures


    Supervisory/management experience.

  • Expert in developing and defining design strategy; refining designs fromcreation through development and implementation.
  • Innovation and branding identity experience

  • Skilled in Leadership and team collaboration.


  • Experience handling constructive criticism.


  • Expert at managing multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Expert in developing and defining design strategy; refining designs from

    creation through development and implementation.

  • Knowledge of strategic brand development, digital and marketing equities.


  • Experience successfully partnering with agencies and freelancers.


  • Experience thinking strategically, and working outside the box on issues.


  • An integrated and creative approach to media and its application to advertising


  • Great understanding of the advertising process


  • Acute observation and an eye for detail


  • Strong Interpersonal, presentation, leadership and communication skills.
