Positive Care and Development Foundation (PCDF)

PCDF was established in March 2002 in response to the poor representation and exclusion of People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and other vulnerable groups from key government policy and decision-making processes on health and HIV/AIDS-related issues. One of its core objectives is to create a mechanism for civil society to engage with stakeholders and the government in building a strong national response. The organization recognizes the importance of grassroots communities in delivering innovative, sustainable, and community-owned approaches to public health challenges affecting vulnerable populations.
