Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in the processing of payroll and administration of employee benefits.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills.
- Assist in the performance review process and maintain records.
