Responsible for identifying rising business opportunities and building long term relationships with prospects and existing clients in order to increase revenue and maximize profits for Lost in Abuja.


Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying rising business opportunities and building long term relationships with prospects and existing clients in order to increase revenue and maximize profits for Lost in Abuja.


  • Meet/exceed budgeted revenue goals by developing new businesses and growing existing businesses

  • Develop marketing strategies and plans, and ensuring they are met 

  • Build a qualified pipeline of leads through: proactive prospecting, cold calling and networking

  • Liaise with content and editorial teams with up to date industry information

  • Analyse potential target customers requirements and suitability to subscribe to the company’s Application Software 

  • Network through attending conferences, meetings and industry events where potential target customers converge in order to generate business leads.

  • Conduct periodic market research and identify potential target customers

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of company’s product offerings, value proposition and competitors in the industry

  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients 

  • Establish customer needs and tailoring service offerings accordingly

  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

  • Work assiduously to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s

  • Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

  • Meeting planned sales goals.

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.

  • Promoting the organisation and products.

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

  • Arrange meetings with clients and communicate the company’s value proposition in a convincing and easy to understand sales pitch

  • Respond swiftly to email and telephone enquiries and send out information or marketing materials to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Work closely with other members of the team to develop new business initiatives periodically.

  • Work closely with Social Media Managers to create content that projects a positive image of the benefits/impact Lost in Lagos/Abuja is making as a lifestyle-advertising agency to SMEs.
