Requirements
  • A University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Clinical / Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology with Applied Medical Parasitology and Bacteriology. Alternatively, a person may have held a position as a medical laboratory scientist, laboratory technologist or medical laboratory analyst.
  • Possession of a relevant advanced degree will give an added advantage
  • Have completed National Youth Service Corp (NYSC)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 9 years post NYSC work experience 
  • Experience in sample collection and analysis (e.g. blood, stool, sputum)
  • Fluency in a Nigerian local language
  • Experience in implementing a supply management system.
  • Knowledge of all basic laboratory techniques and quality control systems
  • Ability to cope with stress and to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Experience in working in a laboratory offering specific tests for ART treatment monitoring.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite at the minimum.
  • Other computer skills will be of added advantage
