Heritage Coffee Company Limited (HCCL), operating under the trade names, CafePAP and Ihamba Lakeside Safari Lodge set out to build a company that provides extraordinary value for its Customers, Associates, Community and Owners. Our humble story began with a single cafe and a team of 12 associates serving about 50 guests per day. Today, 18 years on, with over 200,000 guest visits a year across our 3 restaurant locations, we are privileged to continue on with this journey. Through our core values and principles, our highly engaged team brings the unique Cafe PAP Experience to life in every single cup and meal served.
HCCL has also successfully operated a tourist lodge, under trade names Ihamba Lakeside Safari Lodge over the past 8 years. Situated on the shores of Lake George in Queen Elizabeth National Park, our lodge is a perfect location for those who want to experience the tranquility of unspoiled Africa, untouched by mass tourism. Ihamba's unique charm is in the atmosphere of intimacy, welcoming ambiance, and a splendid guest service that is carefully rendered to our esteemed guests and visitors.
