Requirements
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Proven excellent customer service/care.
- Computer literacy with intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent communication skills

- Coordinates, prioritizes & schedules fleet vehicles’ maintenance & repair requirements for minimal downtime.
- Informs customers/users of the work progress on their vehicles to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensures roadworthiness of all fleet vehicles for safety and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures that all vehicles are cleared of any penalties or police fines.
- Liaises with Fleet Tracking Service Provider to advise/update next Service odometer reading.
- Monitors the fleet log report from the Fleet Tracking/Management System for prompt appropriate action.
- Ensures compliance to the service and maintenance contracts’ terms and conditions with utmost courtesy.
- Monitors fleet vehicle maintenance, repairs and Tyre costs to ensure they are within budget.
- Compiles and submits accurate & timeous reports relating to vehicle utilization, maintenance and tracking.
- Actively participates in the development and review of service/maintenance plans to ensure profitability.
- Carries out regular market surveys on the prevailing rates for service and maintenance for competitiveness.
- Takes relevant and timely action in the event of incidents such as accidents or ‘missing’ fleet vehicle.
- Conducts periodic driving record reviews to avoid abuse and identifies trends of poor driving behavior/misconduct
- Liaises with relevant insurers/brokers on all insurance claims relating to the fleet portfolio.
- Maintains a comprehensive database on the service and repair history for all the fleet vehicles.
