Education:
• 4-year Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain (or related) Degree
• Master’s in business administration is advantageous
Experience:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, sales, Go-To-Market, or customer life cycle management
• At least 3 years’ experience within a non-traditional FinTech or E-Commerce
• Experience in in e-commerce, seller operations & management, platform sales, developing enablement programs
• Experience with sales tools and mechanisms for planning, forecasting, etc
• Experience working in a medium to large organization
• Experience working across global locations/ regions and have a grasp of political, social, infrastructure and integrity challenges

1. Seller Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential sellers through various channels.
• Build an acquisition plan targeting sellers across all product categories, to ensure a strong assortment relevancy.
• Conduct outreach campaigns to attract high-quality sellers to our platform, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of partnering with us.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with sellers, ensuring they adhere to the company's policies and standards.
2. Seller Onboarding and Integration:
• Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration onto the platform.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to assist sellers in setting up their storefronts and product listings.
• Provide training and support to sellers regarding platform tools, best practices, and Ecommerce trends.
3. Seller Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Monitor seller performance and ensure compliance with the platform's performance metrics and KPIs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance seller performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Regularly analyze seller performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Create and present detailed reports to the management team, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Seller Success and Growth:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase seller engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote seller products and offers effectively.
• Monetization of the sellers base, to grow the profitability of the platform and help the sellers to grow their business by Identifing opportunities to upsell additional services and features to existing sellers
