Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Quality Control Inspector to lead our Sodium Silicate business.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of Quality Control and Quality Assurance in sodium silicate
production ensures that the raw materials, in-process mixture, and finished sodium silicate (liquid or
solid) conform to chemical, physical, and safety standards. This role involves testing the ratio of silicon
dioxide / oxide, density, viscosity, and impurities to prevent defective products from reaching customers.

Strong proficiency in MS Office, Internet explorer.

Experience – 8 to 10 yrs.(5yrs minimum in sodium silicate plant)

Back ground – sodium silicate or detergent soap manufacturing background.

Raw Material Inspection: Verifying the purity of silica sand and soda ash before they enter the

production process.

In-Process Monitoring: Sampling the molten glass or liquid silicate at various stages to ensure correct chemical composition and temperature, often performing tests for density and viscosity.

Final Product Testing: Testing finished solid or liquid sodium silicate for color, clarity, stability, and
chemical ratios against client specifications.

Documentation & Reporting: Recording data on weights, temperatures, and chemical test results, and
issuing Certificates of Analysis (COA).

Defect Handling: Isolating, documenting, and reporting non-conforming batches to stop the

distribution of substandard material.

Process Improvement: Analyzing trends to help engineers reduce waste and improve process
