- Liaise with other cadres in the Unit in the delivery of quality health care to patients.
- Participate in the implementation of primary health care activities.
- Participate in research activities.
- Participate in the collection of health data.
- Participate in teaching staff, patients and the public.

- Promote observance of the Professional Codes of Conduct and Ethics.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
