Requirements
• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably with specific experience operating bulldozers, tippers, and
• excavators.
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications for operating heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, diagrams, and instructions.
• Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Safely and efficiently operate bulldozers, tippers, and excavators according to project requirements and specifications.
• Use bulldozers to move and grade earth, soil, or other materials to prepare construction sites or create level surfaces.

• Take measures to minimize environmental impact, such as controlling dust, preventing spills, and complying with environmental regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues, and work with maintenance staff to resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Adapt to changing job site conditions, weather, or project requirements by adjusting equipment operation techniques as necessary.
