The organization is currently seeking the services of a Training Assistant. The role is suited to someone comfortable working both remotely and physically. The purpose of the role is to support training delivery. 


Education

  • Graduate in Business administration / Human Resources Management / any other relevant field. Training of Trainer qualification, Lead Auditor certification / training in ISO 9001 would be an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good command of oral and written English.
  • Good research skills.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Coaching skills
  • Ability to use Ms. Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Experience

  • Over 3 years of demonstrated experience delivering standards-related training.

  • Delivering induction training to the associates;
  • Co – facilitating the training;
  • Preparation of training reports;
  • Evaluating the feedback from the training.
