Alvin is the Country Manager for Fuzu, Uganda. He has had extensive leadership experience in the start-up ecosystem in East Africa having led teams at Jumia in both Uganda and Rwanda. Having built and led teams he is very knowledgeable about what it takes to succeed at all levels within an organization and he is very eager to share this knowledge with anyone willing to learn.

As a talent acquisition specialist, she champions different company’s efforts in attracting, training and retaining the best employees.
