Our organization currently employs 1,486 staff; 60 expatriates and 1,426 nationals. We pride ourselves in that we have 23 different nationalities working with us. AIRD was founded in 2006 and is a non-political, non-religious and non-profit making International NGO. AIRD is currently working in nine sub-Saharan African countries. AIRD works at the highest level of professionalism guided by its seven Standard Operating Procedures in Finance, Human Resources, Induction/Code of Conduct, Logistics, Emergency Response, Security and Procurement policies. The implementations of these SOPs across our entire organization are in alignment with our Core Values of good internal governance, transparency, accountability, professionalism and sustainability.
