- Be a Kenyan citizen (attach ID).
- Kenya Certificate for Secondary Education mean grade C- (minus) or its equivalent qualification.
- Have attended a course lasting not less than one (1) year and awarded a Certificate in Food Production or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Served in a relevant and comparable position for a minimum period of two (2) years.
- A medical report from a Government Health facility.
