Responsibilities

- Doctors’ accounts management - Manage all payments and reconciliation queries related to doctors payments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth payment process.
- Payment processing- Prepare and process payments for approved doctor’s fees in timely manner.
- Reconciliation - Reconcile all doctors’ transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting - Generate regular reports on accounts payable activities, including aging reports, cash flow projections and analysis of business trends.
- Process improvements – Identify opportunities to streamline doctors’ accounts payable processes, enhance efficiency.
- Compliance - Adhere to relevant government regulations with regards to withholding tax etc.
