The Business Development Manager is fully responsible for driving the B2B Sales strategy for Vivo. The job holder will be responsible for optimizing revenues through effective market scoping and research to identify opportunities and close on corporate deals. They will be required to achieve revenue targets, report on the performance of the portfolio, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative & collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years proven track record of success in B2B sales in both local and regional markets in retail and fashion industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting, and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and order
  • fulfillment processes is an added advantage
