Responsibilities

Identify prospective customers, lead generation andconversion.

ü 

Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.

ü 

Emphasize the features of products to highlight how theysolve customer problems.

ü 

Answer questions about the Progressive Credit products.

ü 

Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers tocontinue relationship


Requirements 

ü  Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing orbusiness-related field.


ü  Dedicated passion for sales and the ability to deliver andsucceed in a commission-based sales environment.


ü  Customer service skills, able to listen to customer concernsand be able to address their needs. • Excellent interpersonal skills to workwith a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.


ü 

Confidence andstrong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customersand making a sale. • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearlyconvey the benefits of a product to potential customers.

ü 

Persistence, Physical endurance, as sales representatives mayneed to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time in the field,travelling between locations to prospect and market company products.
