  • We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Executive Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to spearhead our growth and expansion initiatives across the African continent.   • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive-level GTM, product marketing, or strategic sales roles, with a proven track record of success in the African region.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for developing innovative and disruptive solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to secure buy-in and resources for GTM initiatives.

Strategic Partnership and Channel Development:

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, and resellers across the African continent.
  • Develop and implement innovative channel strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage unconventional approaches to partner engagement and ecosystem development.

Brand Positioning and Demand Generation:

  • Craft compelling value propositions and positioning strategies that resonate with target audiences in African markets.
  • Devise creative and disruptive marketing campaigns to generate awareness, demand, and brand recognition.
  • Leverage cutting-edge digital marketing, social media, and other unconventional channels to engage with customers and prospects.

Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of regional GTM strategies.
